Warehouse Material Coordinator
Your missions
I am looking for a Warehouse Material Coordinator for one of my clients in the aeronautical industry. Based in Ville Saint-Laurent.

The Material Coordinator will report to the Inventory Manager to support inventory management activities within Top Aces.
Key responsibilities include:
Receive material from various sources
Verify that orders received comply with purchase orders
Issue and transfer inventory to support our various operating locations
Prepare and ship parcels, taking care to follow packing instructions.
Prepare and print shipping labels according to shipping requirements
Ensure the integrity of inventory data by performing continuous cycle counts
Manage inventories for the sector's various warehouses
Maintain valid dangerous goods and controlled goods certifications;
Establish and maintain current inventory of hazardous materials / explosives;
Optimize storage space between local warehouses
Coordinate required purchases with the supply chain. Purchase local consumables;
Communicate with local employees and supply chain to manage and mitigate the impact of com
Your profile
Experience with shipping/receiving and/or inventory/stores management;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in French. English is a strong asset;
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;
Team player, but able to work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks.
