Dispatcher - Evening Shift

I am accompanying one of our customers in the distribution field, located in the east end of Montreal, in their search for a Dispatcher.
Under the supervision of the Logistics and Transportation Supervisor, your responsibilities are to :
Receive customer calls and complete transport documentation
Allocate routes by sector and by trucker (CA / US)
Maintain pick-up records (prepare daily pick-up reports)
Transcribe monthly delivery statistics
Evaluate route requirements on a seasonal basis
Create new reports to meet organizational needs
Respond to plant needs (by providing service)
Evaluate truck drivers' performance by reporting to immediate superior
Monitor trucks on a daily basis using the remote monitoring system in place.
Monitor sudden route changes or any other problems, and work with the transport company and customer to establish new routes for timely deliveries.
Your profile
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Ability to work as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
Proactively solve problems and suggest solutions.
Written and oral communication skills in English and French are essential.
Cultivate strong relationships with carriers, drivers and customers to reduce stress associated with last-minute schedule changes.
